About the Editors

陈明慧

Chen Minghui, PhD, is Professor in the Faculty of Education at Beian International University. Her research addresses comparative higher education policy and educational governance.

李建平

Li Jianping, PhD, is Associate Researcher at the East Alliance Academic Research Institute. He specialises in higher education internationalisation and international student policy.
